At Apex Security Consulting Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality security services and installations. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Consulting & Risk Assessment Services

Consulting services, risk assessments, and security advice are delivered on a bespoke basis and are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If a service is not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.
2. Security System Installations

For equipment or system installations, we aim to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

Equipment is defective or damaged on delivery.

The installation is not performed according to agreed specifications.

Any refund or replacement request must be made within 14 days of completion of the installation.

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be partial depending on work completed or costs incurred.
