Refund Policy

At Apex Security Consulting Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality security services and installations. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Consulting & Risk Assessment Services

  • Consulting services, risk assessments, and security advice are delivered on a bespoke basis and are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If a service is not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

2. Security System Installations

  • For equipment or system installations, we aim to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

    • Equipment is defective or damaged on delivery.

    • The installation is not performed according to agreed specifications.

  • Any refund or replacement request must be made within 14 days of completion of the installation.

  • Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be partial depending on work completed or costs incurred.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind after services are rendered or installations completed.

    • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
